Built on good coffee & honest food.
Tucked into the Yarralumla shops on Bentham Street, Farmers Daughter has long been a favourite corner for a proper coffee and a relaxed bite — a friendly, unpretentious local just steps from Lake Burley Griffin.
Today it's owner Toli who keeps that going — and the idea is a simple one that hasn't changed: pour great coffee, cook honest food, and make everyone who walks in feel like a regular.
It's the kind of place where the barista learns your order, the courtyard fills with dogs and sunshine, and a quick flat white can easily turn into a long, lazy brunch.
Campos, poured with pride.
Coffee is the heart of the place. We pour the smooth, full-bodied Campos Superior blend from Sydney, with rotating single origins for those who like to explore.
Our baristas take it seriously — every cup dialled in and made properly, whether it's your usual flat white or something new off the filter.
Fresh, generous & made in-house.
From big breakfasts to hearty lunches, the food is made fresh from good ingredients — think shakshuka, corn fritters, fish tacos and a chicken salad with a proper zesty kick.
There's a specials board chalked up every morning, plus a cabinet full of house-made cakes, slices and pastries to go with your coffee.
